EDEM and Startup Valencia have signed a collaboration agreement to promote the talent of entrepreneurs belonging to the Valencian ecosystem. Thanks to this alliance, members of Startup Valencia will be able to access advantageous training conditions to enrich their professional and business development.

Both institutions will also work on joint meetings exclusively for Valencian entrepreneurs to promote leadership and entrepreneurship.

This action represents a boost to the commitment to training and talent in the innovation ecosystem and promotes the consolidation of the Valencian Community’s position as an internationally recognised tech hub.

EDEM is a business school with more than 15 years of experience in the training of managers and entrepreneurs. As a foundation, it has more than 100 companies that support it in the development of its courses and that share their know-how.

They train the businessmen, managers, engineers and entrepreneurs of today and the future with the same objective: strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit, the culture of effort and leadership, and therefore turning them into a source of talent for society.

Startup Valencia is firmly committed to encouraging leadership and management skills in Valencian startups as a differentiating factor in their competitiveness. In addition, the solid educational and training structure for entrepreneurs in the Valencian Community is one of the key factors in Valencia’s position as the third most important tech hub in Spain, behind Madrid and Barcelona, according to the Spanish Tech Ecosystem report.

The training of Valencian entrepreneurs is one of the focal points for attracting foreign startups to set up in our region, and Startup Valencia is the space from which this is set up and made known.
