The Valencia Chamber of Commerce and CEEI Valencia, in collaboration with Startup Valencia, have joined forces to launch SKYLab Valencia, a free acceleration programme for startups aimed at promoting and integrating into them five fundamental aspects for business growth: training, advice, funding, networking and workspace.
The programme’s most significant advantage lies in its invaluable team of over 40 field experts who will share their wealth of knowledge and experience with participating entrepreneurs. Collaboration with these experts will take place over 90 hours of workshops, training, and mentorship.
The mentors and trainers are highly experienced and renowned in their respective fields, and include founders, CEOs, and innovation leaders. They are professionals from innovative and technological companies who can provide valuable guidance and support to the startups participating in the programme.
The mentoring sessions will provide participating entrepreneurs with an opportunity to expand their network, as they will have direct interaction with agents and entities within the Valencian innovation ecosystem, many of which have significant international reach. Additionally, startups will be able to stay in continuous contact with corporations in the ecosystem that could potentially become collaborators or customers for their innovative products and services.
The programme’s approach is 100% practical, flexible, and adapted to the unique pace of each startup. Its duration varies, depending on the level of engagement with the programme and the time dedicated to it.
SKYLab Valencia’s main objective is promoting a more competitive and efficient entrepreneurial ecosystem in Valencia. Hence, they aim to accelerate a total of 139 startups from the Valencian Community.
Search for funding
SKYLab Valencia places significant emphasis on addressing the critical issue of funding, both from public and private sources. The programme assists startups in obtaining the financial resources necessary for growth and expansion.
Another notable feature is that SKYLab Valencia is a Free Equity programme, meaning it does not require equity or any financial investment from its participants.
Who can apply?
Startups from any sector and based in the Valencian Community that bring an innovative component to their product or service are welcome to apply to the SKYLab Valencia programme, provided they have been registered in the Business Register for less than five years.
