In 2015, Ana Carrau and Celia Domínguez, two Valencian entrepreneurs, combined their experience and talent to create and promote “Inspiradas,” a training program aimed at courageous women who need a little push to become the professionals they aspire to be. Years later, this program has grown into a community. Inspiradas’ goal is to respond to real training and personal and professional development needs among the female population. It offers a model based on generating collaborations and connections both among the participants themselves and with key players in the Valencian ecosystem. Inspiradas is designed to help develop not only entrepreneurial projects but also to empower participating women to improve their professional profiles and become more competitive in today’s job market. More than 200 participants have participated in the program, some with the goal of reinventing themselves, others to find their professional niche, and many others to transform their ideas into real projects.
