Fresh People has renewed its commitment to the Valencian innovation ecosystem by strengthening its partnership with Startup Valencia. As a partner, the startup specialised in people management aims to equip Valencian entrepreneurs with the tools they need to scale their people management capabilities and build high-impact teams.
The Valencian ecosystem faces various human resources challenges such as talent retention, defining company culture, and effectively transmitting and consolidating said culture in the context of remote work.
Fresh People provides support to companies of varying sizes and industries such as La Liga, Inditex, Freshly Cosmetics, Internxt, Nude Project, and more. This support includes building high-performance teams, transforming work habits, and integrating these changes into daily operations using their proprietary software, allowing the companies to effectively scale their impact across the entire organisation.
The Valencian startup has recently expanded its reach to the American continent and has established a pathway towards internationalisation through a collaboration with Endeavor Miami – a prominent global accelerator in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Fresh People offers advisory and support services to startups that are part of the accelerator’s programmes in Miami. Additionally, Fresh People welcomes potential clients to their headquarters, enabling them to establish a temporary presence and commence commercial activities in North America.
