It is the public law corporation that represents the interests of the Computer Engineering profession in the Valencian Community. It is also a non-profit entity and is subject to administrative law when exercising the public powers conferred upon it by law. Since June 2019, it has been, along with COITICV, a founding member of the Information Technology Association of the Valencian Community (Som Digitals).
