The Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM), with locations in Valencia and Munich, will collaborate with Startup Valencia to promote technology and entrepreneurship both locally and internationally. The two entities have joined forces to cooperate in the study program offered by the center, focusing on innovation and technological development.

CDTM arrives in Valencia backed by the Universitat de València (UV), the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), the Valencia City Council, and the Generalitat Valenciana. Startup Valencia will work with CDTM to support its international scaling with its launch in Valencia.

Thanks to this partnership, with CDTM becoming a partner of Startup Valencia, connections will be generated between the startup ecosystem and the center’s students. Valencian startups will benefit from their collaboration model with companies, sharing their experiences and knowledge, which will help foster entrepreneurship and innovation in the city.

As Juan Luis Hortelano, president of Startup Valencia, highlights, “this collaboration will strengthen the Valencian ecosystem in its positioning as an international technology hub of reference.” “That Valencia is the first CDTM location outside Munich and the city from which to undertake its international expansion is an example of our ecosystem’s potential to attract leading innovation projects,” he notes.

For his part, Ferran Pla, co-founder of CDTM in Valencia, states, “the reception in Valencia has been very positive and the partnership with Startup Valencia is crucial for the success of the startups that emerge from CDTM.” “Thanks to Startup Valencia, our students will have, from the beginning, the support of a network of startups that serve as examples and references, to launch into entrepreneurship once they have completed the program.”
