On the one hand, we deal with comprehensive housing management and, on the other, we have developed a web platform for promotion (peer to peer) and rental management (property manager system). The Students.Rent business model is fully scalable. We have just made our software public and we have come to operate in Valencia, Bilbao, Pamplona and San Sebastián. Our expansion plan will soon lead us to cover all the university cities in Spain and then expand abroad.
