Confederación Empresarial de la Comunitat Valenciana (CEV), as a representative of civil society, represents and defends the business interests of its members before public authorities and society at large. Founded in 1977 and established at the regional level since 2017, it is empowered to participate and intervene in public affairs as the most representative business organization in the Valencian Community. The CEV encompasses more than 95% of the business community in the Valencian Community. Its membership base comprises more than 148 sectoral associations at the regional and provincial levels—which in turn comprise 530 entities from all sectors of activity—and 125 companies.
