GoHub Ventures is a €90M venture capital fund that invests in high-tech startups with B2B software solutions. Founded in 2019 as Corporate Venture Capital and with an associated acceleration program, the first fund has a €30M endowment and has invested in 28 startups from Europe and Latin America. The second fund, announced in October 2022, eliminates the accelerator and transforms GoHub into an independent and regulated fund with €60M, tickets between €1M and €4M, and a focus on Series A funding in Europe, the US, and Latin America. In its three years of existence, GoHub Ventures has recorded three exits. The most notable case is Sales Layer, a company based in Valencia, where the fund’s exit increased its initial investment eightfold following the acquisition of SpeakSpan in a €24 million round announced in July 2022.
