BRANDLEX is a LegalTech startup based in Alicante, in the Valencia Region, with a presence in Chile, connecting both innovation and business ecosystems. The company combines advanced technology, human expertise and legal insight across key areas including intellectual property —through patentability reports and freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses—, data protection and AI governance, helping companies innovate, attract investment, enter new markets and scale with greater legal certainty.

BRANDLEX is part of technology initiatives such as NVIDIA Inception, Perplexity Business Fellowship, Claude for Startups, Microsoft for Startups and the Microsoft ISV Success Program. It is also certified as an emerging company by ENISA and has participated in programmes including Rising Up in Spain 2024 and StarTech Innovation. In 2025, it secured second place at the Demo Day of the Cybersecurity Startup Program, promoted by INCIBE and Startup Valencia.
