Viviendea is, on the one hand, a platform open to anyone looking for a new-build home and wants to find a home “tailored” to their needs and not settle for what the market offers. On the other hand, it is a platform for new-build professionals: developers, managers, architects, builders, real estate agencies, and suppliers where they can learn in detail about the needs that their next homes must meet. We propose shifting from the current model based on products, sales, and uncertainty to a process centered on users, service, and certainty, avoiding the constant all-or-nothing real estate cycles and creating a sustainable market where supply meets demand. We are not digitizing the digital process, based on products and sales, but rather creating a “new” digital process based on users and customers, where the risk of the current model is reduced by adjusting supply to demand.
