SCALE UP main goal consists of identifying and advising young innovative SMEs with high growth potential and scalability of their business models providing them with targeted information to encourage them to expand cross-border and make use of the possibilities offered by the Single Market.

SCALE UP will identify, assess and support targeted SMEs with the following characteristics:
– Young innovative European SMEs, with less than 5-6 years of experience;
– Companies with verified, operational and effective business plan,
– Companies with a stable, balanced and multidisciplinary core team;
– Companies that have already begun to commercialize their products/services and with a consolidated cash flow and foothold in the market;
– Companies willing to internationalize and access new markets across the Single Market and COSME participating countries and beyond, through a realistic growth based on innovation in the broad sense (technological, knowledge-based, business- or service-oriented, etc.).
